Iva’s practice focuses on antitrust/competition, franchising and distribution, corporate/commercial, M&A, banking/finance, capital markets, life sciences, dispute resolution and real estate law. For over 17 years, she advises clients from diverse industries on high-profile restructurings, acquisitions and financing deals. Her contentious experience in competition practice includes advising on full range of issues, ranging from designing and implementing competition compliance programs and distibution structures, through merger control, restrictive agreements, abuse of dominance, to cartel investigations and leniency. Iva frequently speaks at seminars and conferences for attorneys and provides in-house trainings. Her work has been consistently recognized by leading legal directories.
