Practice focus:

Marta’s practice focuses on corporate/commercial, regulatory and employment/labor, including business immigration. She regularly participates in due diligence exercises as well as assists in drafting legal opinions and various contracts. Marta’s role also includes knowledge management function of keeping the team informed about relevant Croatian and international legislative developments, assisting with authoring client alerts and other expert publications, collecting and maintaining precedents and templates in document repositories.
