Nenad Beloša is attorney associated with Babić & Partners. He is an experienced litigator with over 30 years of experience. Nenad has extensive knowledge of all stages of court litigation in Croatia and has represented clients, argued and briefed submissions and appeals before all instances of Croatian Civil, Land, Labor, Criminal and Administrative courts, up to the Croatian Supreme Court and the Croatian Constitutional Court.

He is well versed in a variety of areas of Croatian law, including real estate, civil, criminal, commercial and labor. Drawing from his broad litigation background, he helps clients obtain practical and creative solutions for their claims or complaints, often even before litigation. He has also obtained or defended against preliminary injunctive relief and other extraordinary remedies, often resulting in cost-effective settlements for clients.

Instrumental part of the team winning the case 1580/2014 in which the Supreme Court of Croatia confirmed employer’s right to suspend employee;

Winning the case 4024/2013 in which the Constitutional Court of Croatia ended controversies on timelines for appeal in the administrative procedure;
